Literally.
Today was my first day back off sweets and soda.
I keep telling myself I'm going to get back on the bandwagon of health and with all of the work I have been doing and a few other stressors it just hasn't happened.
There really is no excuse. I can say I'm too busy but really its just a matter of prioritizing.
Its only 25 pounds to get where I want to be. When you think Ive lost 51 pounds already - 25 should be easy :)
Each week on Monday I will post an updated ticker.
Nothing like a little accountability to help get the ball rolling!
Pretty sure Marci will help too. Check out her blog if you haven't. She inspires me.

You are amazing for losing the 50 lbs. and I know with your hard work you will get down to where you want to be. I have been a slacker in posting recently so thanks for the motivating me to post more often!

I find it very helpful to have my "Clean eating book on the kitchen table to peruse through while I eat. It helps to remind me too. We all need it now and again.

Good for you! I have been saying the same thing. I keep repeating the same actions and expecting different results. That, I suppose, is why I am still where we left off.
