So its time to start again so I can be great.
I'm a little embarrassed. There is no hiding that. But I want to lose 22 pounds before we leave for Cebu. 12 weeks. That's almost 2 pounds a week.
John and I got P90X but I don't think I'm ready for that. So I'm doing Slim in 6 and I bought some Zumba DVD's. I really need to tone. That's the number one thing. So from now until we leave I will be exercising 6 days a week. I will report in every Monday here on my blog.
Lastly if I can just remember this:

Okay, I have problems. I'm aware of them. That's why I'm back where I'm at. But...

Oh I am so with you!!! I have worked out everyday since the new year.... I am sore but it feels good. :) We practically have a full gym in our garage so let me know if you need anything. :)
Good Job girl!! Starting really is the first step. 'Slim in 6' is great... It is one of my go-to get in shape workouts. Keep it up and so fun that you get to go back to John's mission.
I have been doing Jullian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I love it because it's only 20 minutes a day. That's something I can stick with. I have P90X but don't have 60-90 min a day to work out nor do I WANT to! Good luck-you can do it!

Im right there too! All the work I did, all the weight I lost...and now I start again. We are going to Disneyland in May, for the first time in 12 years (any advice greatly appreciated) and I will be back in the kind of shape that will have me excited to be there and wanting to be in the pictures, etc etc...Just know I am right there with you!
