More Easter fun!

For a RS activity John and I made boxes to used as centerpieces. Unfortunately we didn't build them in time to grow grass but had to throw some sod into them instead. This is how they were suppose to look!

The boys have had a lot of fun growing the grass and we planted it for our FHE lesson out of Alma 32 and compared the Gospel to a seed. As we were building them John looked at me and said with a sigh - "Its amazing how many free projects you girls can come up with made of 2 x 4's." Necessity truly is the mother of invention!

There are always so many cute printables for holidays in the blogosphere and I wanted a place that I could change the prints out each holiday. I took 2 frames that I got at Ikea 12 years ago and have loved since and shabbied them up a little and hung them up with some Easter Prints.

I'm happy with the way it all turned out!

I cant wait to post the big project we are just finishing hanging! Its something I have wanted to do since we moved in 3 years ago and we are just now getting it done! Its been so much fun getting things in order with the house and actually putting all of my ideas into action!

ps. I have extra boxes and grass seed for anyone who wants one!
