I always wondered how a prodigy's parents ever figured out by the age of like 3 that their kid really liked or excelled at something. Now, I'm not saying that I think Davis is some sort of prodigy but his kid LOVES to drum. Ever since he was little he loved to grab the drum sticks and bang away. Hes really good with music and really good with a beat. Today John and I took the boys to the store for a rare splurge on a new toy and we found a drumming set for Davis for $20 bucks...so worth it, check him out!

Way to go, Davis! He even seems to know what he's doing! That look of pure joy on his face near the end was adorable.

we found it at big lots. Im thinking that might be what Kam gets for his b-day from us because I figured if he didnt like it Mark would :) If you cant hold out that long let me know and he can have it for an early b-day present!

ooooh, that would be awesome, i'm sure he would love it since he still loves his little tiny drum from the dollar store. he bangs on it with his finger and expects me to to say "dum ditty dum.":) although i'm not sure if he'd know how to rock out quite like davis. maybe you guys could just bring it whenever you visit next since it looks like it might be expensive to ship. now i'm excited.:)
