I know I'm their mother but seriously
THESE BOYS ARE SO STINKING CUTE!
And then to the not so cute....
We found another one. This huge one was on our front porch. It was about 3-4 inches long. I guess we are "lucky" they are so light since they lighter the less poisonous but seriously I don't remember signing up for scorpions. I mean I know they live in the desert but I have lived in the desert for a long time and never seen one until now! YUCK! Thankfully its been John that has found them and not me because I would PANIC!

OK, your kids are definitely cute but I would totally be freaking out if I saw a scorpion! Can you get your house sprayed to get rid of them?
We get our house sprayed because we live in the middle of nowhere in the middle of nowhere! I hate bugs and especially spiders (thanks to my brother Mark) which we have A LOT of. Luckily most of the spiders we have are black widows :)
The baby scorpion was dead when we found it and this one hardly moved at all when John cut in half with a shovel so Im thinking it dying too. I need to call and ask if the spray is effective on them. We found them both in the week following the spray so maybe it was just really strong then.
Who wants to come live by the scorpion and black widow infested Hendersons!?!
Ick! Scorpions! Do they start to try coming inside this time of year or has it just been random that you suddenly are seeing them all?
Scorpions and Black widows is why Dad didn't stay working for Unocal! I refused to move to Texas because of those little buggers. And the other reason was because Mark was still a Senior in High School- I'm such a good mom!
PS: Those boys are really, really stinkin cute!
Oooh! Yuck!
