First Day of Preschool
Our big boy had his first day of preschool ever and he did so good! He loved it and sat quietly when he was suppose to and played well with the other kids. Mom on the other hand was crying behind her sunglasses and we walked up to the door, his little hand clinging to mine because he was a little nervous at first. I really expected him to cling and protest the way he does when he normally starts something new but he just was so mature and even posed for a picture! Our little boy is growing up so fast! It was also pretty obvious who were the new moms. People like me who snapped every possible moment he breathed at his new school. Yep, I am that Mom!

Caleb, you look so cool and grown-up. Ashlynn and Briggs would love to hear about the fun things you do and the people you know from school.

Thats cool. LIsa and I are that parent too. I think it's OK to be that way as long as you have self-awareness of your state and how you look to everyone else...thats what I keep telling myself anyways.
He is so adorable and you are so funny! Just wait till it's your last one and you are jumping for joy as soon as you drop him off!lol
Enjoy this new experience, it's a feeling you never forget and will remember with fondness and sadness. However, The Queen is right, wait till it's you last one and I promise you will be sighing a sigh of relief and have a glazed look on your face about all the choices you will now have with all that free time.
When you have children, I'm not sure you ever have free time until they go away to college and get married. Before then, it seems like you use up all time and energy worrying about them. Look at me. I have two in school and the only free time I have is little snatches here and there when I insist on catching up on the family blogs! (so sad!)

what a handsome guy! of course you have to snap lots of pictures! i think it's good that you're that mom. kamden just learned to wave bye-bye and so i've been showing off this new skill to everyone he comes in contact with. it may be getting old to some people, but i'm still proud.:)
sorry, i forgot again to say that was lisa, not mark.....i guess you could probably tell anyway...
Cute Lis. He is all grown up.
